Advisory board
The Socia Advisory Board has been established to extend the reach of Socia's partnering approach and to pool knowledge of many different industries in order to develop effective solutions to the range of partnering challenges faced in the public and private sectors. Members of the Advisory Board are all leaders in their fields, with first-hand experience of leading partnerships both between and within organisations.
The Advisory Board is chaired by Julie Baddeley, who, following a career in consulting both in her own business and at Accenture, has held executive and non-executive board positions in FTSE 100 companies, the Department of Health and the Department for Work and Pensions.
The other members of the Board are:
Charles Jamieson, until recently CEO of Premier Oil, with experience of forming successful long-term global partnerships in the oil sector.
Kate Nealon, previously Head of Risk for Standard Chartered Bank and currently non-executive director of HBOS, Cable & Wireless and a member of the health regulator, Monitor.
John Yard, who created several large-scale outsourcing partnerships as Head of Information Technology at the Inland Revenue.
As well as bringing their personal insights to inform Socia's approach, the Board members are available to work as mentors to clients on Socia projects. The Board also host discussion forums throughout the year on key partnering issues.
