Julie Baddeley has served in an executive and non-executive capacity on the boards of some of the UK’s leading organisations in both the private and public sector.

She is a non-executive director of Greggs plc, the Department of Work and Pensions, the Department of Health, Yorkshire Building Society, ComputerLand UK plc and Chrysalis VCT plc.  She is an Associate fellow at Templeton College, Oxford where she coaches top business teams from around the world on the execution of business strategy and top-team development. She has also served as a non-executive director of The BOC Group, a Member of the Audit Commission, and is a Companion of the Institute of Management.

Before moving to a full-time portfolio career in 2001, Julie was the Executive Director responsible for Change, Human Resources and Information Technology at The Woolwich, following five years as the Partner in charge Accenture’s Change Management practice in Europe during which time the practice grew from 75 to 650 consultants.
