Our people

Socia brings together talented people with the expertise and experience to support clients across the whole range of situations where partnering is critical to business success.

The company was created in 2001 by Alex Cameron and David Archer in response to the growing relevance of partnering to business success. Our experience in the late 1990s was of the controversy of PFI and PPP arrangements failing to deliver, the difficulty of old world and new world partnering to exploit e-business opportunities, and the failure of internal shared service partnerships to deliver their predicted benefits. We formed Socia to focus specialist management consultancy expertise on tackling these partnering problems.

Socia has an advisory board of very senior and experienced practitioners to provide advice, expertise and guidance to large projects.

We also have a number of specialist partners who provide specific services to support partnerships at different stages of their development, including training and coaching, facilitation, business/management consultancy, project management and communications.
