Alison Grant

Non-Executive Director

Alison Grant has over 20 years experience as a successful sales and business development professional. She has developed business and run sales operations for BT, Sema Group, Andersen Consulting, and Microsoft UK plc. Her key strengths are building and maintaining strategic relationships and delivering successful sales campaigns. Alison has operated at all levels of seniority and has maintained relationships through to Cabinet Minister. She has a keen business and personal interest in the public service and how it can ‘deliver’ to its customers.

At Sema Group, Alison became their new business Public Sector Sales Director responsible for winning major software and outsourcing contracts within the public sector. She was an Associate Partner in Andersen Consulting, leading the development of new business within the public sector market as well as supporting major sales campaigns into Government across Europe. Whilst at Microsoft she ran the UK Public Sector Central Government and Defence Business, before she joined a small Government Relations team who were tasked with looking after Microsoft’s UK image and reputation and maintaining senior relationships with Government.
