Angus has 15 years’ experience working in learning and development for a number of blue-chip organisations. Angus headed the Organisational Development team in a FTSE top 20 organisation where he focused on the creation and delivery of strategies and interventions that enabled business success through people.

Angus is passionate about using ‘open space and dialogue’ as a means of recognising and valuing diversity, challenging assumption and focusing on individual and organisational performance in order to stimulate healthy sustainable growth. He has worked within the financial services, manufacturing, public services, not-for-profit and new media market sectors.
