Deborah is a highly experienced senior human resources professional with a Masters degree in Learning and Development. She works as an independent consultant specialising in major organisational change.
Deborah has over 25 years’ experience working in large complex organisations that are undergoing significant change. She specialises in helping clients to handle the ‘people’ dimensions of strategic organisational decisions such as outsourcing, acquisition, relocation, and so on.
Her key specialisms include selection, assessment, talent management, management development and employee relations. Her personal strengths include persuading and influencing, managing key stakeholders’ expectations and coaching and developing staff.
