Kim is an accredited executive coach, working in this field for over ten years. She has a MBA (Dist) from Ashridge, following a long career in Human Resources Management, ultimately operating at International Board level for several years.  She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.

Kim has executive coaching clients across all three sectors and from several continents.  Whilst she works with clients presenting a variety of challenges, she specialises in helping clients who want to lead more authentically, with people who want to increase their self esteem; and she regularly coaches workplace bullies. She is qualified to use the Myers Briggs, FIRO-B and EQi instruments; and frequently undertakes 360 degree personal interviews for senior executives.

She co-runs a Coaches Group in Guildford where she undertakes her own coaching supervision.  She has her own executive coach; and is just beginning her studies in the fascinating topic of Positive Psychology.
