Sally is an independent Chartered Psychologist with nearly 20 years’ experience of leadership development, team building and coaching.

She has worked with teams and individuals from a wide variety of sectors, including finance, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, hotels, retail, health care and charities, and in many different countries.

Sally’s key specialism lies in helping individuals to use feedback from different sources to understand and capitalise on their natural strengths, while appreciating and using the strengths of others around them. She also coaches them to do the same for their teams. She has much experience in a range of psychometric instruments, particularly the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, for which she has contributed to the published literature.
