Shelagh is a highly experienced OD/HR practitioner with a Masters Degree in Organisational Analysis and Behaviour and a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring. She works as an independent consultant and executive coach specialising in organisational and leadership development.
Shelagh has over 25 years’ experience in both the private and public sectors. She has led teams in HR, change and organisation development in a number of blue-chip organisations. She is qualified to use psychometric instruments such as MBTI, SDI, the Hogan Inventory and Strengthscope.
Shelagh’s key specialisms include coaching leaders and managers, facilitating teams and designing and implementing bespoke organisation and leadership development initiatives. She is also developing her coaching supervision practice which assists with developing the provision of coaching of others. Energy is derived from utilising her personal strengths which include enabling others, thinking creatively, adaptability and having an individualised focus with clients.
