At Socia our sole focus is to help make partnerships work. We work with partnerships in three main markets:

• public private partnerships. Socia is working in PPP and PFI projects to enable organisations from very different cultures to improve their joint delivery to the public. We accelerate progress and improve results in these large and complex initiatives.
• shared service partnerships. Socia works with clients to move beyond customer-supplier relationships to a genuine second-generation partnership model with all the associated benefits of efficiency gains and service improvements.
• business-to-business partnerships. Socia works with businesses that have chosen to be part of supply chain partnerships and joint ventures. Through our interventions we build trust across the supply chain, reducing conflict and speeding up decision making to deliver the objectives of the partnership.

Socia is engaged across all main industry sectors, including transport, construction, central and local government and finance.
