Collaborative leadership development

Organisations typically support the development of their leaders through training, mentoring or coaching programmes in which leaders develop the skills to manage resources and motivate their own teams. These programmes can be effective but they have limited impact in today’s interconnected world.

Our work in collaborative leadership development includes individual and executive team coaching along with innovative workshop programmes where leaders from different backgrounds are encouraged to learn from each other. These development activities are targeted at a mature leadership audience who already understand the basics of leadership, but need to build relationships, share control and handle conflict in complex inter-dependent situations.

In these development activities, leaders learn the new skills and techniques which are necessary to deliver results through business relationships – and they also learn how to apply these skills to their own leadership challenges. Our approach – always pragmatic and practical – provides leaders with the confidence to change their approach and to deliver improved performance.
