At this workshop, HR professionals from Top 200 organisations reviewed the latest key issues of collaborative leadership in strategic partnerships.  We focused as a core topic on specific methods and toolsets to measure partnership value and performance.  In addition to Socia’s research findings, delegates shared experiences of the metrics that work most effectively and how to develop a collaborative leadership capability to meet specific needs.
