Socia asked by Olympics Development Authority to enable collaboration

The Olympics project is one of the most challenging collaborative ventures that it is possible to undertake. Planning, building and operating the transport for the Games will demand the active collaboration of many organisations.

Recognising these challenges, the Transport team has engaged Socia to help develop its capability to build the necessary partnerships to make this vital part of the Games a success.
