Socia helps develop the next generation of public sector leaders

Socia has been asked by the Cabinet Office and the National School of Government to design and host a workshop for members of the Civil Service High Potential development scheme on the theme of collaborative leadership. The workshop will be help in November at Sunningdale College and will feature Socia’s collaborative leadership tools as well as contributions from senior civil servants and other leadership experts.
The High Potential programme offers Director-level leaders in the public sector a three-year structured programme to develop their careers and enable them to support the transformation of the civil service.
