Socia Director David Archer shared a conference platform with Sir Clive Woodward, the former England rugby coach, at a conference on developing a coaching culture.

The conference organised by construction services company May Gurney looked at the key foundations skills for building a coaching culture: Listening for understanding; Unlocking potential & creating confidence; and Holding people to joint commitments.
