Socia speaking at CIPD leadership conference

Based on their forthcoming book (Collaborative Leadership), Socia have been invited to present at the CIPD leadership conference in London on 3rd June. We will be sharing a platform with Mike Brown, COO of London Underground. The presentation will focus on:

Understanding and harnessing support from complex partnerships
Creating networks where all parties can benefit from the relationships
