Helping an Executive team manage through a transition

Socia are working with the Managing Director of Metronet and his Executive team helping them to work through the issues they face as they come out of Administration and into a new ownership structure within Transport for London. The project will focus on helping the Executive to sustain effective internal and external relationships as they come through this complex transition. This work builds on our many years of experience working with senior executives in London Underground.
