Socia to speak at the annual CIPD Harrogate HR conference

Socia have been invited to speak on Collaborative Leadership at the CIPD Harrogate conference, the largest HR event in the UK. We are sharing the platform with Brenda Handley-Howorth the HR director of May Gurney and will be discussing how Socia and May Gurney have worked together to build the collaboration capability in that business. We will also be demonstrating how our Organisation Partnering Index tool can help leaders clarify and manage cultural differences between organisations that have to work closely together.
