Socia completes a major performance coaching programme for London Underground

As part of a long term Leadership development programme entitled 'Time for
Action' Socia have created a group of 65 internally accredited coaches in
the Central Services area of London Underground. LU Director Mike Strzelecki
says that 'this programme was a great example of collaborative working
across many different functions within the organisation'.
