Supporting the HR transformation at The Land Registry

Socia have been working with the HR Director and his team at the Land Registry to help them provide the leadership necessary to support the business through challenging times. This work aims to build the capacity and capability of the HR function and to enable them to support the Land Registry operation as it goes through a period of transformation and re-shaping.
