Socia have launched a new leadership 360° feedback questionnaire based on the book, Collaborative Leadership – How to succeed in an interconnected world, by David Archer and Alex Cameron. The questionnaire focuses on 6 area of competence which are critical to any leader who has to deliver results through a complex set of relationships with suppliers, partners and other organisations. These six areas are; Patience, Collective decision making, Quick thinking, Tenacity, Building relationships, and Handling conflict.
