Socia supporting collaborative leadership in the Oil industry in Asia

Working with partners is the natural way to do business in the Oil and Gas Industry, so leaders need to be able to operate effectively across boundaries and with other cultures. Socia has a new contract with Premier Oil a medium sized exploration and production business with significant operations in Asia (Vietnam and Indonesia) and in the North Sea. Our current work centres around shadowing the Country Managers in the Asian businesses to help them develop their skills and to address challenging cross-cultural collaboration issues.
