LeadersUK choose Socia

Socia has been chosen by the National School for government to run a seminar on Collaborative Leadership for the LeadersUK programme in July. LeadersUK is a national development programme aimed at senior managers in public, private and voluntary sectors who see a need to build collaborative leadership capacity to shape the way public services are delivered across the country. As part of the seminar we will use elements of the Socia Collaborative Leadership 360° feedback tool to help people to focus on their own leadership development priorities if they need to share control, handle conflict, and deliver results across organisational boundaries.
