Socia speaks at Government Audit conference

Alex Cameron and David Archer were speakers at the government Heads of Internal Audit conference at the Grand Hotel Brighton on 7^th October. The internal audit profession is currently going through a transformation programme to help re-define their role in assessing and managing risk in major public sector programmes. David and Alex talked to an audience of 100 auditors from across Whitehall about the importance of understanding cultural difference between Departments or other Agencies that have to work together to deliver new government policy - and how to measure and track changes in culture using the Socia OPI tool.
