Collaborative Leadership at the Medical Research Council

Socia are delivering a programme of collaborative leadership training for directors and programme managers at the Medical Research Council (MRC). The MRC is responsible for managing over £700M of grants for medical research across a complex network of partnerships with other funding bodies and academic research establishments. This programmes is designed to help them get more value from their key collaborative relationships which are vital for their future success.
