Changing relationships within the Scottish Judicial system

The Scottish Judicial system is embarking on an ambitious set of changes to way it is governed from April next year. The Scottish Court Service, The Justice Directorate and the Judiciary have recognised that this will need a new set of working relationships in order to make the new arrangements effective. After an extensive selection process Socia was chosen from 33 competing consultancy companies to run this work, because of our experiences in making partnerships work and our knowledge of the judicial system
