Fifteen months on from the launch of their bestselling book Collaborative Leadership – how to succeed in an interconnected world Alex Cameron and David Archer spoke at a breakfast meeting today on what they have learned from applying the lessons of the book in a variety of different client situations.

They drew on case studies from their work with Premier Oil in Vietnam and Indonesia and with the Scottish Judiciary to look at issues of collaboration across different organisational and national cultures.
