Board Evaluation delivered at Salamander Energy

Socia was asked to carry out the first external Board Evaluation for Salamander Energy – a fast growing FTSE 250 oil and gas company. The feedback has been very positive and the client is already implementing recommendations form the report. This is a relatively new, but fast growing area for Socia which builds on our experience and skill working with Non-executive and executive directors. Our approach doesn’t just focus on being compliant with the UK Governance Code, it also allows the Board to assess how it needs to evolve to meet the future needs of the business.
