Collaborative Leadership training for Estonian civil servants

Socia has recently delivered some very successful Collaborative Leadership training for the Estonian Civil Service in Tallinn. This was part of the Newton programme which is a prestigious development programme for high potential leaders across all government ministries. The training built on Socia’s work earlier in the year for the Government Office of Estonia. It was very well received with one participant commenting “an excellent workshop – practical, fun and showed us that the our collaborative leadership challenges are not unique”
