HBR spotlight on collaboration

At last collaboration goes mainstream in the business press! The August issue of the Harvard Business Review has a whole series of articles focussed on collaboration and collaborative leadership – it really emphasises the importance of building collaborative capability in all corners of an interconnected world. If you’ve read our book – it probably won’t tell you anything new but it acts as a good compendium of current academic thinking on the subject. If you are an HBR subscriber we would particularly encourage you to read the article by Yochai Benkler on “The Unselfish Gene” which starts on page 77.
