The future of collaboration – an invitation

The latest in our series of Socia breakfast meetings is being held on 17th May at the RSA.

In the 12 months since the last of these meetings the need for leaders to manage multiple collaborative relationships is ever more apparent. As a consequence organisations across the private and public sector need to scale up their collaborative leadership capability – and they need to do it fast. In our view, many of the traditional models of executive coaching and leadership development are just too slow and often too impractical to respond to the urgency of these challenges.

We want to hear from you about the sort of professional support that leaders want right now – and perhaps just as importantly what it is that they don’t want. At the meeting you’ll hear from one of our clients about how a novel approach to using 360° feedback data has helped to drive some rapid developments in corporate leadership capability in a global organisation and you’ll get an update from Socia on what we see as the latest trends in collaborative leadership.

Places will be limited, so if you are interested in attending please email David Archer or call him on  0870 787 6202.
