In many internal and external partnership models the role of business partner is the key interface to facilitate effective joint working. Often this is a new function and people appointed to business partner roles need to get up to speed fast, build their own relationship management skills and generate practical partnership development plans.

We have developed a range of tools to train new business partners and to develop experienced business partner teams.This service are based around a two-day workshop (with pre- and post-workshop self study materials) and uses the Socia Strategic Partnering Template and our MBTI and partnering and Organisational Partnering Indicator tools.
