Developing collaborative leadership
A leader's individual success is no longer exclusively under his or her control. The challenge for leaders in the 21st century is to be able to deliver results from a complex web of organisations and individuals. This means that leaders need to be able to build strong relationships across organisational boundaries, share control and handle the inevitable conflict that results.
We work with leaders to help them build the skills they need to deliver their objectives through effective collaboration. Using our experience and expertise in making business-critical relationships work, we:
- work with leaders through focused and challenging one-to-one coaching. This work helps leaders improve how they create a high-functioning organisations, manage conflict and share control with their stakeholders
- develop the collaborative leadership capability in client organisations. We first understand the business need to collaborate, then we apply our tools and techniques in bespoke workshops in order to help aspiring and experienced leaders develop their skills.
