Socia exists to help our clients deliver improved performance through business-critical relationships. We work with leaders at all levels, and in all sectors, to create behavioural change in complex situations where individuals or organisations need to work together in order to achieve their goals.
We bring considerable personal experience from many different types of collaborative systems. And we have the expertise to help leaders deal with the challenging individual and organisational issues that delivering results across boundaries will always create.
Each assignment we undertake is configured to suit the specific requirements of our clients and the nature of the challenges they face. But over the last eight years we've refined our range of services to target the areas where we can really help clients make a difference, whether this is working with an individual leader or helping a multi-organisational partnership to create a joint strategy.
We have grouped our services under the following five headings:
- Developing collaborative leaders - building lasting leadership capacity and capability as well as helping individuals overcome particular leadership challenges
- Executive team coaching - helping to create the right governance, processes and behaviours to give space for individual performance as well as strongly aligned team activity
- Conflict resolution - providing pragmatic and practical support to get to the heart of a conflict situation, creating action plans, and then holding people to their commitments to get things back on track
- Supporting cross-functional collaboration - setting-up and supporting groups who have to quickly learn how to work together and deliver results across different functional or organisational boundaries
- Advising organisations working in partnership - providing strategic advice to organisations throughout the whole partnership lifecycle, and helping them to understand their own culture and the culture of those they have to work with.
