Supporting cross functional collaboration
Delivering change within large organisations, and across wider society, means bringing groups of people together to work collaboratively. It could be creating a project team from people across diverse business functions (finance, HR, IT and Operations) within a company, or setting up a multi-agency group to manage a neighbourhood crime reduction scheme. The situations may be very different but the issues are the same.
