Supporting the partnering lifecycle

Socia can offer support throughout the partnering lifecycle: from helping clients to decide whether a particular business relationship really needs to operate as a partnership – through selecting the right partners and launching a partnering relationship – right up to the stage where one particular partnering relationship has run its course and a new relationship has to be formed and a new contract established.

Our approach to these projects is based on our partnership roadmap which breaks a typical partnering lifecycle into six stages and maps the Socia partnering toolset onto these with clear diagnostics and positive outcomes from each stage.

While some clients may not need external support for all stages, the roadmap gives them a framework on which to build their own plan of tasks that need to be carried out and also highlights the symptoms to look out for as possible risk identifiers at each stage.
