Understanding cultures
Cultural misunderstanding is often a significant barrier to delivering successful change within and between organisations. A simple way of measuring and describing organisational culture is therefore a very valuable tool for leaders planning or managing large scale change.
At Socia we have developed a questionnaire based tool for analysing cultural differences between and within organisations based on the concepts and language of MBTI (the Myers Briggs Type Indicator familiar from many personal or team development sessions).
