Collaborative Leadership 360° feedback

We have produced a 360° feedback tool to help leaders gain insight into their collaborative leadership strengths and weakness – and then use this knowledge to take effective development actions.

At its heart, collaborative leadership is about the dilemma of sharing control. From the research that we undertook in writing our recent book we have created a 360° feedback questionnaire which is based around 6 attributes:

that are vital competencies of a collaborative leader.

This feedback tool when combined with our MBTI and collaboration profile gives a leader a unique perspective on their leadership style and its impact on others.

We provide a confidential 360° feedback de-brief for an individual leader and we also run large scale 360° feedback programmes across the whole leadership population of an organisation.
