Collaborative Leadership 360° feedback

At its heart, collaborative leadership is about the dilemma of sharing control. From the research that we undertook in writing our recent book we have created an online 360° feedback tool which is based around 6 attributes of a successful collaborative leader:

  • Agility
  • Patience
  • Collective decision making
  • Empathy 
  • Handling conflict 
  • Building relationships

This feedback tool when combined with our MBTI and collaboration profile gives a leader a unique perspective on their leadership style and its impact on others.

Clients can use this on-line tool in two ways:

  • As part of an externally managed development process where a Socia consultant would run confidential 1-to-1 feedback and coaching sessions based on the output of an individual leaders feedback report
  • In an internally facilitated feedback process where we would train and accredit a small group of internal coaches to run the confidential 1-to-1 feedback sessions, using our 360º tool and other socia collaborative leadership materials. This approach has proved very cost effective in clients where a larger management population needs to develop their collaborative leadership capability in a short time period.
