MBTI and collaboration profile

Building on the Myers Briggs Type inventory which identified the personality preferences of individuals and is the most widely used development tool of its type in the world, we have produced MBTI and collaboration profiles for each of the 16 MBTI types.

These identify the likely approaches of individuals to situations where they have to share control and deliver results across boundaries. They highlight the typical collaborative leadership style for each Type and indentify their preferred ways of working in situations where they have to collaborate.
