The Data Communications Company (the business that operate the telecommunications network that connect smart meters with energy suppliers) have asked Socia to carry out an external Board review. Socia worked with the DCC Board in 2019 to facilitate the last Board evaluation. With the move to net zero, the work of the DCC and this Board is ever more relevant and important. The Board is keen to ensure that its governance of the business evolves in tune with the developments in the business.
