Socia has been awarded the contract to conduct a Board effectiveness review for Marie Curie. This charity was established as a memorial to the late Marie Curie and exists to serve all those with a terminal diagnosis, their families and carers. The large Trustee Board governs the business of the charity within the regulatory framework of the 2006 Charities Act. Socia’s review will cover the operation of the governance system at Marie Curie including the Board and its committees.
