The Westminster Restoration and Renewal Delivery Authority (the body responsible for the refurbishment of the Palace of Westminster) have asked Socia to carry out an external Board review. Socia worked with the RRDA when the Board was set up in 2020. With revisions to the governance arrangements and the removal of the Sponsor Board, the time is right to reflect on the operation of this Board as it enters a new phase leading this high profile programme of national significance.
