Pippa Walker

Organisational Change and HR Strategy

Pippa Walker is an organisational change and human performance professional with over 25 years experience of helping make change work.  Much of her career has been focused on building consensus for changed ways of working, through a combination of communication, involvement, leadership coaching and good people management practices.

During her earlier career, Pippa worked in the printing and consumer products industries, establishing strong employer/employee relationships during an era of industrial strife.  This included working within tri-party industrial partnerships involving government, employers and trades unions, to achieve agreed performance outcomes.

Subsequently Pippa has led or managed several major consulting, merger integration and outsourcing projects, using her relationship-building skills to overcome differences in organisational culture and to create sound post-implementation partnering arrangements. She has worked in most ‘people-intensive’ business sectors, but most recently in retail, consumer products and leisure.
